At Fissler, we stand behind the premium quality of our German-engineered cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused cookware in its original Fissler box, ensuring all lids, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
